The ability of SHORE UP!, Inc. to form working partnerships with educators,  the business community, existing service agencies and City, County, State and Federal governments is an important factor in its success. The Agency's Board of Directors and Advisory Council members form a system that can be mobilized quickly.  Because these volunteers are chosen from many walks of life,  they are a tremendous resource for determining needs and implementing projects.  These individuals are customers, community leaders, elected officials, service organizations and agencies, ministerial associations, businesses and other groups - all of whom are knowledgeable about existing resources as well as needs that are not being met. 

Individuals who meet established guidelines are eligible for services regardless of age, race, creed, gender, color, religion, national origin or handicap.
