SHORE UP! Inc. offers several programs that address the needs of pregnant women, children ages birth to 5, and the parents of these children.  Some

SHORE UP! Inc. offers numerous services and programs that cater to the needs and interests of seniors, as well as for disabled persons.  These services include:

WICOMICO SENIOR CITIZENS SERVICES

Includes center-based programs to meet the physical, emotional, social, recreational and educational needs and interests of seniors.  One service is the Meals on Wheels program, offering hot, home-delivered meals to the homebound.

ADULT DAY SERVICES

Center-based care for persons ages 16 and above who are physically or mentally disabled, including assistance with personal care and daily activities, therapeutic activities, and social work services.  Centers are licensed to provide respite services through the Senior Center Plus Program.  Registered Nurse on site.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Home-based care by Certified Nursing Assistants, including personal care as well as light chores, housekeeping, and cooking. Respite care is another service provided.
